Lake City @ KL North is spread across an area of 80-acre is a joint venture of the company with Perdana Park City SDN. Bhd.

1003 condominium units along with 23 shop plots are located in this area which comprises of 43-storey high blocks.

Named Aradia, it will be spread on 4.38 acre site and the estimated value of development is around RM700 million gross. The project will likely to be ready by 2023.

The sizes of condominium units will lie within the range of 567 sf. – 1,687 sf. RM700 psf is the average selling price.

All the Aradia units would comprise of fully-fitted bathrooms and kitchens with air-conditioners installed in all the rooms. Smart home features would also form part of these units. Two car park bays will be offered with units of 1000 sq.ft. above.

Over 37 facilities will be offered in Aradia on the ninth level. These include tennis court, swimming pool, BBQ area, basketball court, maze garden and darts room among other things. You will be charged with a maintenance fee of 35 sen psf.

Named as Aradia, a 4.38-acre establishment set on Taman Wahyu, KL city, provides a condo of 1003 apartments spread across 43-storey complexes. The 80-acre establishment of Lake City is a united settlement with Perdana Park City.

The developer of the project claims that it is designed to offer an advanced, deep, and sustainable lifestyle experience for prospective residents.

The plans of Lake City residences are founded on the windmill concept. The windmill project besides offering a large sight area to its residents also blocks the apartments from facing each other.

Aradia is estimated to be worth approx. RM700 million. The full project is set to finish by the end of 2023. Apartments will also be partially furnished and equipped.

    Both developers are reputable and deliver quality work. The only downside is that it is leasehold but maybe doesn’t matter much from investment point of view.
