Tower B will cover 150,000 sq ft with office sizes ranging between 900 to 2300 sq ft. The MET Corporate Towers project has a due date for completion to be 2021.

Entrepreneurs and experts are the leading target group for this project. Because individuals or organizations may run different businesses, Tower A has been divided into three business sectors to meet their demands.

The Third Space

A large part of our lives is spent in our homes and our workspace. They are referred to as the first and second spaces. These spaces can pose a barrier to work output because occupying the same area every other day places a restrain on our ability to achieve exceptional potentials.

The 3rd space lies in a domain between our personal lives and professional persona. The Met marks the 3rd Space ideology with state-of-the-art business resources and landscaped outdoor regions with some recreational pieces. This recreational philosophy provides the enabling environment that encourages interactivity and social association.

The 3rd Space facilities have been featured on the lower ground floor, ground floor, 9th floor (the podium), 10th floor, and 41st floor, covering 85,000 sq ft. The facilities include social and easy-going spaces that are interactional, like canteens, coffee shops, etc. These 3rd Spaces will provide an exceptional experience.

The 8,000 sq ft lower ground floor will feature a food court, with 3,000 sq ft of it being outdoors. The 10,500 sq ft ground floor will be characterized by a grand hallway with state-of-the-art visitor management and security set-up. This floor will also feature a restful area and food and beverage outlets.

The hallmark of level 9 is the 5,000 sq ft Glass Box. It is a bracket event space that allows you to view Kuala Lumpur’s cityscape that can accommodate 250 to 300 people. Level 9 also features a 3200 sq ft gym and recreational center with facilities like a shower and spa.

Between levels 9 and 10 is an attendant supervised business center with different sizes of meeting rooms. Also available is an 80-seater capacity conference hall for hosting seminars and workshop sessions. The 41st floor will be characterized by a 7,500 sq. ft. sky bar and lounge.

The Glass Box is perfect for such corporate or official inaugurations or such business events that need a limited space for people to stay connected. The Glass Box can also accommodate functions like some expos held at the Malaysian International Trade and Exhibition Centre.

Furthermore, in light of the shared working space’s current ideology, the podium’s design would allow companies with a flexible workspace to operate together.

The Met was mapped out to be a high-quality office building with an ultra-modern structural design that permits flexible workspace. The Met was also designed to provide complementary 3rd Spaces.

Connectivity Master-plan

The MET’s objective is to become the country’s authentic and reliable commerce and international trade location. In doing so, there are plans to upgrade its connectivity in and around KL Metropolis. With this, both The Met and its immediate environment will enjoy the benefit of being at the center of it all.

The advancing of this all-inclusive locale correlates to outstanding connectivity in all regions, infrastructure, and incomparable suitability levels. All of these will be enhanced as the goals of KL Metropolis grows into reality.
