The Valley @ Bentong, Pahang is developed by Karak Land Sdn Bhd.
This project is based on agriculture and includes farms and homesteads.
The project falls over 1,600 acres of land. The gross development value of this project is RM152.7 million and aims at being a farming community.
According to the executive director of Bina Puri- Datuk Matthew Tee, the valley has 4 zones.
The Kerau is the first zone and covers 600 acres of land further divided into Phase 1 and 2 and focuses on homesteads. It is renamed after Sungai Kerau that flows from the west to the east of the developing area.
The land was purchased in the year 2013 and launched Kerau Phase-1 in December 2016 with about 158 lots. Within 6 months they have reached almost 70% of sales. The overwhelming response on Phase one was a deciding factor for developing Phase 2 which includes 138 lots for sale. The price range from RM5.88 to RM8.09 psf. The lots have an area of one to two acres (43,560 to 87,120 sq ft).
That aside 230 acres of land has been allotted for cash crops and a durian plantation at Zone 2 which further includes two phases. Phase One has 100 acres with 2,600 trees. Phase 2, on the other hand, includes 100 acres of land with 2,500 trees. Within five to six years owners can expect their very first harvest.
Zones 3 and 4 have sold about 433 acres of the leasehold land, The remaining 333 acres are reserved for developments in the future.

Bentong was once a little and peaceful town in Pahang, visited mostly for its historic Chamang waterfall. Bentong is a portal to the East Coast states (by road) and neighboring Selangor State on the west side and Negri Sembilan in the south.
A sense of peacefulness envelops its streets within a scenery of tree-nestled hills. Still, it was never an outsider choice for holiday seekers until around two years ago.
Ever since, this 100+ old town in the heart of peninsular Malaysia has offered several day trippers from Northern and Southern states a valid reason for a getaway.
Located at a 1 hour distance only (by car) from KL city, early wakers could kick start their day with a hearty breakfast at the popular Sunday morning market where you can bring memories of Bentong such as ting-ting candy bamboo leaf-wrapped dumplings and maybe Musang King durians (which sold to some famous SS2 durian stalls) when seasonal.
For fans of night lights, the Bentong Walk night market is an excellent spot for experiencing a taste of the local fair and journey.
