The Valley @ Bentong, Pahang is developed by Karak Land Sdn Bhd. This project is based on agriculture and includes farms and homesteads. The project falls over 1,600 acres of land. The gross development value of this project is RM152.7 million and aims at being a farming community.

According to the executive director of Bina Puri- Datuk Matthew Tee. The valley has 4 zones.

The Kerau is the first zone and covers 600 acres of land further divided into phase 1 and 2 and focuses on homesteads. It is renamed after Sungai Kerau that flows from the west to the east of the developing area.

The land was purchased in the year 2013 and launched Kerau Phase-1 in December 2016 with about 158 lots. Within 6 months they have reached almost 70% of sales. The overwhelming response on Phase one was a deciding factor for developing Phase 2 which includes 138 lots for sale. The process range from RM5.88 to RM8.09 psf. The lots have an area of one to two acres (43,560 to 87,120 sq ft).

That aside 230 acres of land has been allotted for cash crops and a durian plantation at Zone 2 which further includes two phases. Phase One has 100 acres with 2,600 trees. Phase 2, on the other hand, includes 100 acres of land with 2,500 trees. Within five to six years owners can expect their very first harvest.

Zones 3 and 4 have sold about 433 acres of the leasehold land, The remaining 333 acres are reserved for developments in the future.

It takes an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur to reach The Valley.
